Fleury has a 24-hour customer service hotline that provide the following possibilities:
• Make appointments for tests;
• Make appointments for at-home or at office tests;
• Prices and payment policies;
• Health plans and insurance available;
• Answers to questions on tests;
• Guidelines and instructions for customer preparation for tests;
• Tests available at each unit;
• Request results via Audible Answer Unit (URA), fax, mail or messenger;
• Receipt of urgent results, when needed.
