Mauro Figueiredo, president
He joined the company in 1996, being invested as President of Fleury in 2005. Since 2007, his mandate has increased, acting as president of the whole group, with four business units. He has worked with healthcare for more than 20 years, previously in academic positions and in the management of public institutions. He finished his international executive MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral, in cooperation with Sauder School of Business, Canada. He graduated in Medicine by FMRP-USP, where he also finished his Medical Residence, Doctorate and Livre-Docência (Habilitation). He earned his post-doctorate at the University of Oxford, England.

Vivien Navarro Rosso, executive director of Fleury Medicina Diagnóstica
She graduated in Business Administration by EAESP- FGV and post-graduated in Marketing by FGV, with an MBA in Economics and Healthcare Management by Cepes/Unifesp. She has post-graduation studies in Corporate Management by Fundação Dom Cabral, Business Administration in the Third-Sector by FGV and Business Strategy by the Stanford Graduate School of Business/USA. Her previous professional experience includes general-management at Prima do Brasil – Grupo Clarín and marketing and business development at Tec Toy. She is also a member of the department of Education at Instituto Fleury and member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Paradigma. In 2007, she was appointed as executive director of the Business Unit Fleury Medicina Diagnóstica. Before that, she worked at the organization as commercial and marketing director.
Omar Magid Hauache, executive director of NKB Medicina Diagnóstica
Physician, graduated by Faculdade de Ciências Médicas from the Santa Casa de São Paulo. He was medical resident, earned his master’s and doctor’s degree in Endocrinology at the Escola Paulista de Medicina, Unifesp, where he was Professor of Post-Graduation in Endocrinology. He received his post-doctorate degree from the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, USA. He finished his Executive International MBA at FIA-USP. At Fleury since 2000, he was medical assistant in endocrinology, he was Manager of Clinical Analysis Products and Services and Clinical Analysis Director. He was appointed as executive director of the Business Unit NKB Medicina Diagnóstica in 2007.
Rogério Rabelo, executive director of Fleury Gestão de Saúde
Physician, graduated by the School of Medicine of the Federal University of Goiás, he earned his doctor’s degree in Sciences from the Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas of USP, with post-doctorate in Molecular Endocrinology by the Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research of McGill University in Montreal, Canada. In Diagnostic Medicine, he earned his post-graduate and post-doctorate in Clinical Biochemistry by the Jewish General Hospital, also at McGill University, Canada. In the administrative area, he earned his International Executive MBA from FIA-USP. At Fleury, he worked as medical assistant in clinical biochemistry, responsible for Fleury laboratory operations in hospitals and he was Manager of Product and Services and New Business Director. In 2007, he was appointed as executive director of the Business Unit Fleury Gestão de Saúde.
Newton Rocha Quadros Cairo, executive director of Fleury Hospital-Dia
Graduate in Business Administration by Unifacs, Salvador and graduate in Hospital Quality by the Federal University of Bahia. He is a graduation and post-graduation professor at Faculdades Jorge Amado, Salvador. He began his career at Organizações Odebrecht. For 10 years, he worked at Fundação José Silveira, in operational units in the following areas Hospital, Occupational Health, Clinical Pathology Laboratory, Toxicology Laboratory and Tests, Environment, and Social Actions. He coordinated planning, implementation, and management of Itaigara Memorial Hospital-Dia, Salvador. In 1998, he started his consulting activities in healthcare, with projects in Bahia, Pernambuco, Ceará, Santa Catarina, Amazonas, and São Paulo. He participated in the planning, implementation and worked as administrative director of Hospital da Cidade, Salvador. He coordinated planning, implementation and worked as financial administrative director of Baía Sul Hospital-Dia, Florianópolis. He has worked at Fleury since 2005 as executive director of the Business Unit Fleury Hospital-Dia.

Adriana Seixas Braga, Corporate Marketing Director
Graduate in Business Administration by EAESP-FGV, and MBA by EAESP-FGV. She started with Fleury in 2004 as Marketing manager, being appointed as Corporate Marketing Director in 2007. Her previous experience includes leading positions in companies like Gradiente, CompuServe, Wal-Mart, and C&A, in new business and marketing.
Maria Lúcia G. Ferraz, Corporate Education Director
She started working at Fleury in 1986, and she worked as Service Director and medical director. In 2003 she was appointed as president of Instituto Fleury, non-profitable entity created to support the education, research, and social actions triad. In 2007, she was appointed as Corporate Education Director. Graduate in Medicine by Escola Paulista de Medicina – Federal University of São Paulo, where she was medical resident, and earned master’s and doctor’s degree in gastroenterology. She earned her post-doctorate from the University of Michigan in 1992. Since 1988 she has also worked as assistant professor of Gastroenterology at Unifesp.
Paulo Pedote, Corporate Supply Director
Graduate in Business Administration by the University of São Paulo, undergraduate in Law by PUC-SP, with an Executive MBA by the Business School São Paulo and Executive MBA by Northwood University, USA. He has post-graduate courses in supply integrated chain and was certified as Black Belt by the Six Sigma Academy, USA, and certified in production by CPIM and inventory management by APICS The Association for Operations Management, USA. His previous professional experience includes leading positions at the multinational Dow Química, in Supply integrated chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Project Management. He joined Fleury in 2007.
Rendrik F. Franco, Corporate Innovation and Research & Development Director
He joined Fleury in 2002. Graduate in Medicine by the University of São Paulo (FMRP), he was medical resident in Medical Clinic and Hematology and Hemotherapy at HC-USP-FMRP. He earned his doctor’s degree and habilitation in Medical Clinic (Hematology and Hemotherapy) from the University of São Paulo (USP). He earned his post-doctorate in Hemostasis and Thrombosis from the Academisch Medisch Centrum, Universiteit van Amsterdam, Netherlands. He received his MBA in Knowledge, Technology, and Innovation from FIA/FEA-USP. At Fleury, he was a member of the Medical Education Center, representing the president at the Unit of Quality Assurance and Medical and Scientific Manager. Currently, he coordinates Fleury’s Hemostasis sector, where he also works as leading assistant doctor. He is a member of the Scientific and Technological Research & Development Department and Patenting Center of Instituto Fleury, where he is also vide-president director. He was appointed as Corporate Innovation and Research & Development Director of Grupo Fleury in March 2007.
Rui Monteiro de Barros Maciel, Corporate Medical Director
Member of the Scientific and Technological Research & Development Department of Instituto Fleury and medical assistant of Fleury’s Endocrinology area. he graduated by Escola Paulista de Medicina, Federal University of São Paulo, where he was medical resident, and earned his master’s degree in Immunology and doctor’s degree and habilitation in Endocrinology. Currently, he is full professor of Endocrinology at this university. He is specialist in Clinical Pathology and Endocrinology by the Brazilian Medical Association, with post-doctorate from the University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine, in Los Angeles, California, and the Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He worked in other positions at Fleury, like Service Director and coordinator of the Education area.
Teresa Sacchetta, Corporate Information Technology Director
Physician, graduated by the Medical School of the University of São Paulo, where she was medical resident and earned her doctor's degree in Medical Computing. She worked as an intern for Computing Applied to Radiology at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Missouri, USA and she has an MBA in Computing and Internet Technology by FIA-USP. She joined Fleury in 1999, as responsible for the company’s internet services, and, later, she was Project Manager in Information Technology.
Wagner Benedicto de Lima, Corporate Finance Director
Professional with 28 years in this area. He worked in leading positions in companies like Camargo Corrêa, Coopers & Lybrand Auditores Independentes, Santista Alimentos S.A., and Atento Brasil S.A., participating in several financial and business projects. Graduate in accounting sciences by Faculdade Campos Salles, with post-graduation in Controlling by Fundação Getúlio Vargas and MBA in corporate finance by the University of São Paulo. He has worked at Fleury since 2005.
