Opened in 2001, in the district of Jabaquara, in São Paulo, the Technical- administrative headquarters of Fleury is a 13,000 m² complex comprising the most modern and well equipped structure of Clinical Pathology laboratory in Brazil and one of the best in the world. As it is equipped to meet a demand of 20 million tests a year, its construction was planned to comply with the strictest standards, after several visits worldwide and consultations to the best experts available.

Not just a high quality technical headquarter, the facilities provide something bigger: take into account the employees’ needs. In addition to the Technical Center, it centralizes Administrative areas, Warehouse, Maintenance, and provides cafeteria, library, recreation areas, gardens, i.e. resources for humanization of working conditions. Aspects relating to the environment were also considered, such as waste and effluent treatment, following standards that enabled to obtain ISO 14001 in August 2002.

For Fleury, quality is the result of education, which can be demonstrated by the large space devoted to this activity, including, besides the library, an auditorium with 191 seats and six classrooms specially equipped. As in any high technology area, developments are frequent and the improvement of knowledge must be continuous.
