Inaugurated in 2001 in the Jabaquara district of São Paulo, Fleury’s Technical-Administrative Head Office is a 13,000-m2 complex that combines the most modern and best-equipped clinical pathology laboratory in Brazil and one of the best in the world. With capacity for 20 million tests each year, the facility was designed in accordance with the most stringent parameters, following many visits to sites around the world and consultations of the best specialists in the industry.

Not only is it one of the finest facilities of its type, the complex also takes into account the needs of employees. In addition to the Technical Center, the facility houses the Administrative, Supplies and Maintenance areas, while also offering a cafeteria, library, recreational area and gardens – in short, humanizing the work environment and conditions. Also considered were the environmental aspects, such as waste and effluent treatment, observing standards that paved the way to obtaining ISO 14001 certification in August 2002.

To Fleury, quality is a product of education, a belief that is reflected in the ample space dedicated to learning, which includes a library, a 191-seat auditorium and six specially equipped classrooms. As is the case of any high-tech area, the evolution is constant and updating knowledge is an ongoing endeavor.
